As an E-Commerce Strategist with extensive experience in building new economy businesses, I now seek association with a firm that can leverage my unique experience. Brought onto the project by Diamond Technology Partners, my tenure with Clixnmortar.com has come to a successful end, having developed and managed two of the industries largest E-commerce and M-Commerce test sites. My supervision of YourSherpa.com and FastFrog.com placed me in a concentric position to give accurate opinions and recommendations for future ClixnMortar projects. Being a key member of many business development teams required developing online and offline advertising mediums, considering unique industry partnerships, creating stakeholder value propositions, developing revenue and pricing forecasts, advising team on branding effectiveness, nurturing website navigation and development, and assisting in creation of use-case scenarios.

Managing a Fulfillment and Customer Care Center for YourSherpa.com and FastFrog.com allowed me to make recommendations for future fulfillment applications, streamline and document process flows, help create a 'warehouse within store' inventory model, co-author a 'policies and procedures' manual, hire and train a staff of 27, be the POC for employee/labor relations, and manage an extensive RF enabled network. Our Customer Care Center responded to inquiries through e-mail, snail mail, and two toll free numbers.

Conducting a consumer research test site for these E-commerce and M-commerce initiatives proved to be one of the industries most far reaching graphical user interface (GUI) testing grounds. This test site experimented with different website layouts and navigational methods. My position also required conducting senior level client presentations, and maintaining a high level of media visibility.
